I feel that the strength since last semester, I have learned and gained a better understanding of psychiatric medications and their work for mental disorders. I have also adopted how to approach and deal with many different personalities and maintain focusing on respectful boundaries. I have seen many diagnoses, and I can understand coping skills. Opportunities for growth:

 

The growth opportunities are working on not too much involved. Personally, it is nice to have emphatic, but it also needs to set the boundaries. I am unsure and not confident about the appropriate psychotherapeutic treatment plan, and diagnosing the DSM 5 for clients is still challenging and sometimes makes me nervous. I understand it takes time to get used to it.
