Once a month, you (nurse) see Macey, check on her and offer support as needed.  While assessing Macey, you notice that she appears to be in a lot of pain. Macey was found crying and holding her hip, but they did not seek medical help or take more pain relief. Ronald kept saying that pain killers are addictive and, if taken continuously, Macey will need more and more to an extend that she may become unconscious.
