You will discuss the role of pertinent issues such as advancement in technology and increased cultural diversity of employees on workplace conflicts.

Think of a conflict you or someone you know was involved in that has affected you deeply. It can be a personal one such as a fight at work or in the family, or a more public one that you care about deeply (i.e., equal pay for men and women).
