discussion board will provide you the opportunity to create the
questions you will use for your final interview, as well as build an
actual electronic survey.

  • Review the instructions for interview project, which is Due Week 5 as well as the materials listed below on interviewing.
  • Register / set up account on SurveyMonkey.com ( tutorial video listed below) (Links to an external site.)
  • Create the 10-question survey which will be the basis for your
    interview using SurveyMonkey. Your survey should meet the following
    criteria:

      more than two types of rating scales for the 10 questions.
    • Items must be effectively formatted with precise / appropriate sentence structure.
