    You are working on a committee of nurse educators at the Ratched School of Nursing where you have been directed to create a course promoting quality and safety for all prelicensure BSN students. The course will focus on promoting the incorporation of the 6 QSEN competencies (patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety, and informatics) into daily nursing practice.
